What do guests think about this accommodation establishment?

The accommodation received mixed reviews from guests. While some appreciated the overall value for money, friendly staff, and pleasant pool area, others were disappointed with the lack of attention given to a guest with celiac disease. The hotel seemed unprepared to cater to dietary restrictions, lacking knowledge of gluten-free options and cross-contamination concerns. The variety and repetition of food options also received criticism, with some finding it unsatisfying or repetitive. However, the location was praised, being conveniently close to the beach. Cleanliness and friendliness of the staff were frequently mentioned positive aspects of the accommodation. Overall, the accommodation seemed to provide a comfortable stay for most guests, but improvements in catering to specific dietary needs and food variety could be made.
