4.2Quality and priceLuís - Aug 31, 2024Two minutes from the beach with bars and shops around and very close to the center of Tossa. The room was comfortable and clean, but the water from the bathtub leaks out, wetting the entire floor. The pool area is not very large, but it's enough for the people using it. The dining area is clean and sufficient. It's repetitive, but in the end, it's what people eat and want. Basic all-inclusive. The staff is polite and pleasant. The quality/price ratio meets expectations.

1.6Very bad experienceLuis Francisco - Aug 19, 2024The room we were assigned was full of ants, even on top of the bed. They offered us a room change and it is true that it improved. The food was terrible. Poor quality and some in bad condition. I guarantee that I will never return.

2.4He does not deserve his 4 stars.Zohra - Aug 11, 2024The breakfast is not up to par, neither is the dinner, the room is too noisy, the air conditioning is faulty, there is no fridge in the sweltering heat, the room is too small, there is no shampoo or shower gel.

1.6Horriblelaura - Aug 11, 2024The 4 stars of the hotel must be fleeting because I haven't seen them anywhere! Super uncomfortable and old beds, spring mattresses that are worn out. The food is really horrible, all fried and of very poor quality, and the all-inclusive is a scam. There is no soap in the rooms nor a mini bar to keep a bottle of water. The wifi doesn't reach the room; the only good thing is the location; other than that, I won't be coming back. Not recommended at all.

2.2Many stars...Jorge Luis - Jul 23, 2024Hotel, with more stars than it deserves, breakfast and dinner times more thought out for foreign tourists than for Spaniards, the dinner buffet ends at 21:30, but they start removing food from 21:15. The pool gets very little sun during the day. We had ants in the room, but the concierge was very attentive and came to the room with insecticide at midnight, leaving the room very fragrant. The location is very good, 100 meters from the main beach and 200 meters from shops.
