The TocToc Suites Olof Palme holiday homes are located just 200 metres from Las Canteras beach and 250 metres from the Mesa y López shopping area.
With a minimalist style, in which fine materials add a touch of warmth to the space, where a relaxing palette of colours has been chosen and the furniture has been carefully selected, the aim has been to reinvent the concept of comfort and holiday wellbeing in an urban environment.
The project reflects a strong architectural sensibility inspired by the use of natural light. In a destination like Gran Canaria, light must always be the protagonist, which is why the use of translucent materials throughout the building has been firmly committed to.
TOCTOC Olof Palme will offer 39 spacious holiday homes of between 50 m2 and 80 m2 distributed between 9 one-bedroom, 18 two-bedroom and 12 two-bedroom duplex units. Ideal for couples, families or groups of friends who wish to enjoy the proximity to Las Canteras beach and the cultural and gastronomic offer that the city of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria has to offer.
