We stayed for 5 days, all-inclusive. The food was generally very good. The hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly. The reception is somewhat different; they seem tired and stressed. The drinks at the bars and cafes are very good, especially the cocktails. But the machine drinks are horrible. The coffee is watery and tastes bad. The juices are also watery and taste like medicine, like Tang. Sodas are fine, and the water was not always cold. The room was fine, but there was too much confusion with the location. Many elevators.

The hotel is a marvel, the facilities are very good, the comfort of the room, cleanliness, tranquility to be able to rest, and entertainment to have fun while you are at the pool and the shows at night. Nothing negative to say. Everything is great.

I couldn't be more delighted with the staff's service and the facilities. Everything in general. The food was very good.
The only downside is that the adult area closes at 6:00 PM.
