Green Field

I stayed with my partner at this hotel for two nights in May, and the truth is that the treatment received from the staff, the cleanliness of the room, the attention to any request, as well as the silence during the night made our stay very positive. There are supermarkets and restaurants practically right outside the hotel, as well as a taxi stand just a few meters away. We hardly used the pool area, but during our stay, there were always free loungers and the pool water seemed quite clean. I would definitely recommend it.

To highlight the kindness of the staff in general, the buffet food was of acceptable quality; it's not that there was an excessive variety, but it was very much in line with the hotel's price. The rooms we were given were comfortable and clean, and one of them was given to us before check-in time, which we greatly appreciated. Perhaps the only downside was the entertainment for the little ones, which was practically non-existent. We would have liked the entertainment staff to have called the kids to create a bit of a "group" among them, in addition to organizing some more activities. As a point for improvement (not as a criticism), it would be nice to have direct access to the parking from the hotel.

I requested a towel on the first day and they never brought it, and my 6-year-old son cut his foot in the pool, which was in poor condition, and there was no lifeguard or means to assist him. Thanks to a waiter from the pool bar who helped him.
