Reviews of the Gran Hotel Del Coto hotel

When we went, two of the pools were unusable. The food was good, but there wasn't much variety. I expected much more for a four-star hotel.

The hotel has a very good location, the staff is very attentive, but unfortunately we did not have internet access in the room.

This is the 3rd or 4th time we have been here; the first time the other pool was open, and we loved the buffet, and the pool was large, but we will not return. This year we came back because it is closer to home, and with a small child, it is more convenient. They called us at 2:35 PM to give us the keys; supposedly, you get the keys from 2 PM, although in front of us, they were giving keys to other people at different times. You have to leave the room by 12 PM... so we didn't even enjoy the room for 24 hours. My room was on the ground floor, and the bathroom door was all rotten and peeling, and the tiles were cracked. The buffet repeated the same food in all the hot trays; for example, if you have 12 hot trays, put 10 or 12 different varieties of food, don't repeat them. They have stepped up their game with the desserts.

The hotel could use some renovations, especially in the rooms; otherwise, the facilities are not bad, although I think the pool is a bit small for such a large hotel. The staff is very attentive, friendly, and helpful... I would give them a 10. As for the food, everything was delicious, with the downside being that there was little variety—lots of pastries but not much variety in fruit and food, although it's better to have a little of high quality.

I stayed three weeks and ten days ago, the hotel is very nice, the rooms are spacious, the beds are large, everything is big, the staff is a 10 out of 10, the food is quite good with a lot of variety. The only downside was the mosquitoes that attacked me. Without a doubt, I would return to the hotel.

This hotel has a magnificent location in the Doñana National Park and offers spectacular views.

Food 4* Dessert 5* Hotel 4*: excelent pool... very nice view, on the pool side of the hotel... nice but small room.... minibar no as cold as should be... Location: 5 minute walk, not so close as expected to the beach... on the opposite side of the business centre (about 20 minute walk)... .... overall... very nice!
