This hotel is located in the centre of Viveiro on the town's waterfront promenade, just a couple of metres from the river and 150 m from the nearest restaurant. It is surrounded by the shopping area and very close to the Old Town (50 m), which is fully pedestrian and of great historical and architectural interest. It lies only 50 m from the taxi stand, 200 m from the train station, 300 m from the bus station. It is 500 m from the Cantabrian Sea and the nearest beach is 600 m away. Further attractions in the surrounding area include the Monte San Roque (excelent view to the town and the coastline, 3 km), Souto Da Retorta (the highest eucaliptus in Europe, 5 km), Cabo Estaca De Bares (the northest point in Spain, 25 km) and the Cathedrals' Beach (50 km).
