What do guests think about this accommodation establishment?

The accommodation received a mix of positive and negative feedback. Guests praised the friendly and attentive staff, cleanliness of the facilities and rooms, and value for money. Some enjoyed the charming hotel and its tranquil atmosphere, while others appreciated the updated and well-maintained installations. However, there were complaints about the location being a bit far from attractions and the rooms being small for a 4-star hotel. Some guests encountered cleanliness issues, such as dirty floors and a dead cockroach. Despite this, the breakfast was highlighted as comprehensive, and the reception staff provided excellent service. Improvement suggestions included faster and more reliable WiFi, and not having to re-enter the password repeatedly.
