    The staff are brilliant. I arrived early in the morning and they prioritised the cleaning of my room and promised it could be ready in an hour even though I only wanted to store my luggage. They also helped print my flight boarding pass the night before my checkout, and handed it to me with a clear plastic file pocket.

    The hotel is located about 20 minutes walk to centre but it’s very quiet and close to the hike route to Formentor. Walking along the nice beach for 20 minutes is very enjoyable.

    Facilities are great too. There is a heated 25 metres pool in the indoor spa which requires a cap. If you don’t have a cap you can still use the jacuzzi and sauna. These are in addition to the outdoor pool and water park for kids.

    The buffet is convenient if you are lazy to walk to all the restaurants near centre. Taste is ok but not brilliant. There are enough varieties of food and drinks, basically what to expect for a buffet.

    All in one it was a nice experience with the exception of the crowded corridors during the night and the noise made when people were coming back from the night show.

    It's a very good hotel, especially for the rooms, spa, and resort.
    I was just a bit disappointed by the food and the entertainment.
    It was the first day of the season, so they have time to adjust these issues.
