The hotel has a grand appearance and is spotlessly clean. Although the rooms are small and a little dated, they are comfortable and well-maintained. The WiFi is excellent throughout the hotel. Guests praise the gorgeous food and the ambient and relaxed dining experience. The service staff are polite and respectful, and the entertainment is exceptionally good. The reception staff are professional and welcoming. However, there was a negative incident on the last evening where the bar staff became aggressive and rude when the guests forgot to wear their wristbands. This unfortunate experience left the guests feeling humiliated and doubting the sincerity of the staff's kindness. Despite this, the hotel has many positive aspects, making it a great choice for a holiday.
