We stayed with my husband and my daughters, the hotel is very nice, but it feels a bit outdated, the hairdryer didn't work, the shower door didn't close, some details that didn't seem right for a five-star hotel, the breakfast was very good, it was the best part.

Lack of personnel at the breakfast for an almost full breakfast place. No one was available to clean up tables. Food not available to everyone (eg acroissants).
The bar tender was not keen to serve. We had to wait and carry our drinks to the table while he keep talking with his colleagues and performed additional tasks.
Kids spilled water over the table. This table was to be cleaned for two (2) days...
Friends of ours (at the room next door from mine) found a cockroach in their bed (!!!!)
When leaving and have paid the parking at the front desk, the ticket provided did not allowed to exit from the park. There was about six cars in a row to leave and people had to return to the front desk to be informed that the provided tickets could not be used to leave the park and that they have to do it from the front desk....amazing, isn\'t it? - 5Anónimo - Apr 9, 2009
