Room too hot. Airconditioning did not seem to work at all.

Overall the stay was ok. However, i would like to express my dissatisfaction with the staff who checked me in when i arrived on the night of 16th March. My rooms air conditioning wasnt working and when i raised this with staff they said it was because not summer- frankly a ridiculous answer, and as it turns out a complete lie.I eventually managed to get the air conditioning working by adjusting the dials on the temp adjust unit on wall - It appears to have some intermittant fault. As Seville was extremely booked up due to semana santa i didnt raise this as an issue beyond asking if there was another room, to which i was told there was but this did not have any air con at all.I may have been travelling with a large backpack, (not that this should matter) but i am an I.T. consultant with my own successful business and do not appreciate being treated as A) and B) a second class citizen because ive arrived not wearing a jacket and trousers.

restaurants,bars,walking next to the river.not walking distans from the center of seville.very nice rooms and good staff.

Very warm, even in winter.Excellent breakfast Nice rooms Car park King staff, even if you don't speak Spanish .
