The property is only 150 meters from the well-known Plaza Europa and the golden sand and warm blue sea of the endless beach of this holiday resort. The rooms are very well laid out, providing guests with a peaceful environment in which to relax and unwind at the end of the day.     A fee of €7.50 per day is charged for the fitness center. The gym is very old, it smells, all the equipment is sticky, and you cannot disinfect these machines. Next to it is a toilet, and you cannot wash your hands with soap because there is no soap available.
    Food: there is a large selection, but the quality is poor; it simply doesn't taste good! The salad tastes like chlorine, the yogurt is warm, and the coffee is something but not coffee; I immediately had diarrhea.
    On the first day, I ordered a coffee at the bar. It was served in a washing-up bowl!!!
    Overall, a lot of waste is produced in this hotel!
    There is no toilet brush; if you leave a mess in the toilet bowl, you cannot wipe it away. If a second person needs to use the toilet, it is very uncomfortable and disgusting. I complained, and in this case, the maid should be called! Even at night?
    I had the same problems at California Palace two years ago; I will avoid this hotel chain!

    I have been to this hotel 3 times and all 3 times have been quite good.
    It has an excellent location, 10 minutes walking from the promenade and 10-15 minutes from Port Aventura.
    Although they should vary a bit with the entertainment and the buffet food, it is still good.
    Highly recommended.

    It has been a short experience of just one weekend but overall positive. The staff was attentive, the rooms were clean, and the breakfast and lunch buffet were very good.
