    I came last year at the same time. I was satisfied. Today I am more than disappointed.

    I will not return. Fortunately, the entertainment team and some restaurant staff are raising the bar.

    The chaotic cleaning team takes the card, the guard, and does not do everything at once. The same person allows themselves to clean the room without any hesitation even if someone is in the bathroom. On our last day, we had the room until 10 in the morning. The maid took the liberty of removing the few things we had left in the room, even though it was not check-in time yet. We asked her where our things were. She pulled out a garbage bag with everything inside. It’s a shame.

    The lifeguard team at the pool does nothing but be on their phones and look down on the kids, thinking they are superior, I suppose, at their 20 years old. Absurd.

    Thanks to Dany and Raoul from the entertainment team. One person at reception and a few in catering; otherwise, the week would have been hell.

    A quick shout-out to the two maintenance workers who pick up all the trash that people leave out of disrespect. They are always smiling despite the difficulty of their job.

    Not to mention the state of the pool.

    We had 3 night stay at Belvedere hotel. A nice hotel a bit further from the beach. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk there. The hotel is very tidy, with a good restaurant, very reasonable price for the food at the outdoor bar. I need to say that the ice cream were cheaper than in a store 😉. We enjoyed the Polynesian dance evening - it was amazing. The kids mini disco should be improved, as kids were waiting for the music longer than they danced. The best thing was a very good Aircon in the room, as the temperature reached +35° on a time we stayed. All in all a very good 3* hotel. I would recommend to my friends.

    I really liked the hotel, I already knew its chain since I was at Vila Romana last year, Belvedere is very nice too, with a jacuzzi, sauna, hammam... delicious buffet 😊 and good rooms, and good entertainment! I would do it again!!
