Very clean and quiet hotel. Very good facilities. And very friendly people from the reception to the dining room. A bit far away. Which is true, it adds tranquility.

I had to turn off the main circuit breaker in the room because the heater wouldn't turn off; the heat was unbearable and, of course, an unnecessary waste of electricity. The mattresses are sagging.

Everything was great. The location is perfect, food of very good quality, everything very clean, no crowds, and plenty of space in the pool (the Balinese beds are amazing).

In favor: the food, a lot of quality and variety, and the service.
Against: you pay for the hotel because it is expensive, but now they have invented the premium guest and you end up not having services that used to be free, like ONE HOUR of spa one day or having supplements for eating at the Olivo restaurant. All of this used to be free, and honestly, for what you pay, it leaves a bad impression. I will think a lot about returning, and I have been going for many years. - 5Fantastic stay. Very good place to relax, we have returned recharged. The dining service is very good, the staff is very attentive and helpful. The facilities are very modern and clean. We will surely come back.
