We stayed at this hotel in January 2024, it was our second time at this hotel, we previously stayed 8/9 years ago. This is definitely not a 5 star hotel! I have stayed in 3 star hotels that are better, I would generously give it 4 stars.
The hotel is clean, the rooms are clean, the staff are all helpful. I cant comment on their language skills as I can get by on holiday in Turkish, and my wife is fluent anyway. The indoor pool, hamam and spa were very good and well run and looked after.
Food was not so good though, some days it was awful! I don't think any of it was freshly made, not even the soups. Very disappointing. There weren't many guests at the hotel when we stayed, so that may have played a part in the food available but I still expected better from a supposedly 5 star hotel. We have stayed at other 5 star hotels in Kemer in January / February and they have been much better standard. - 4.6My opinion about this hotel Viking Starpaul - Sep 19, 2014

Die Zimmer haben leider keine Schalldämpfer. Wenn jemand in seinem Zimmer etwas laut ist, kann man von einem anderen zimmer alles hören.Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und ist optimal ausgestattet. Es ist außerdem in Kemer sehr zentral gelegen. Die Köche kochen meistens türkisches Essen, was auch sehr gut schmeckt.
