    Lovely hotel. Getting to car park was a nightmare as too many one ways and road closures, so has to park somewhere else. Lifts didn’t work on 12th floor but recommended

    Except for the queues to check-in, this hotel has the perfect location. Reception staff were lovely and very accommodating as family in our group needed to change room and it was no problem. House keeping were so lovely and helpful. It is a bit expensive to eat and drink there, but theres lots of places close by. The Tram is directly outside. We had a lovely stay.

    Great price , beat all other booking websites and efficient service and confirmation.

    No issues whatsoever and can recommend Destinia.

    Hotel, a bit tired, needs some TLC but ok for a quick one night stay.

    None really...wasabi nuts at the bar where nice for me but not the wife... need some variety... Value for Money is always going to be critisised...but I'd still pay it.... .Did not have any food at the hotel therfore cannot comment... refreshments where a reasonable price and in keeping with other establishments outside of the hotel... room was spacious and clean and adequately met the requirements for a short stay... Great location for the ICC and Symphony Hall which we attended to watch SEAL in concert...100 yards away.. great... Will certainly stay again...
