Facilities, meals, and cleanliness are the best, fantastic entertainment team.

Well-located hotel, with a beach in front, shops, restaurants, and a pharmacy nearby. Good breakfast, lunch, and dinner. For snacks, there are always pizza, nuggets, fries, and some pastries. The entertainment team is extraordinary and fun. Friendly staff, always ready to help and available, both at the bars, in the restaurant, at the reception, the cleaning ladies, and the doorman... This is truly the most positive aspect of all! A very pleasant stay, with some aspects to improve, but which did not detract from my experience at all.

This hotel doesn't even deserve 2 stars, it has the architecture of a public school in Morocco, lacks equipment. No entertainment, no atmosphere, very boring. I really regret having booked it; with this all-inclusive rate, you can find much better hotels. It's a scam, beware.

A big plus for cleanliness, towels changed daily, original drinks like Coca-Cola, Fanta, Sprite, Schweppes, and bottled beer. A small minus for the lack of small bottled water delivered to the room. Definitely worth the price!

Excellent accom , staff & service , brilliant beech very nearby

We spent a week at the hotel, very nice location, the entertainment was not very good, thanks to Toufik who was very kind, however the head of the animation team, Issam, was very irritable, he walks by without saying hello and is not present, which creates a bad atmosphere. A big thank you to the manager Mohamed, who was very pleasant and always smiling, and managed to solve my air conditioning problem in our room with great professionalism and good humor. Kudos to the lifeguards. Unfortunately, during our stay, there were power outages several times. We found that there wasn't much variety in the food, which was very repetitive. Finally, we were a bit disappointed and we won't be coming back. It's a shame because we go to Agadir every year.

excellent buffet, clean and new room

A truly ideal hotel in every way for a great family vacation in AGADIR. The only downside is that the kids' club is not very dynamic and therefore not very appealing; my 8-year-old daughter never wanted to stay there because during the two times we tried it, they either did drawing or played with modeling clay, which are not very summery activities...

We have been very comfortable. The staff is super friendly, the room is comfortable. The buffet is quite good, maybe a little more variety wouldn't hurt (whole grain pastries for breakfast). *A covered pool wouldn't be bad for rainy days.
