The room without a TV, the rusty bathroom, and water leaking from the toilet, the dirty carpets, a tremendous noise with music blasting all day that prevented any rest. The hotel staff was very unpleasant, especially at the reception. The hotel's beach was full of filth, stinking. The food was all Tunisian, everything was spicy, little variety, and a lot of dirt. The air conditioning in the dining room didn't work, the elevators were always broken, we got stuck once. The tablecloths had food stains, there is no Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, only in the lobby. I would never recommend it; in Spain, this would be a guesthouse, not a 4-star hotel. Constant deafening noise, dirt, little kindness, bad food, HORRIBLE.

The structure is quite dated, especially the budget rooms like the one I chose, although still clean and with comfortable beds. Overall, if you can settle for it, considering the unbeatable prices in the area, it's not bad. The indoor heated pool with a hot tub is excellent. The breakfast buffet is acceptable. There is a large outdoor pool with slides. Internet connection is poor. Ideal for long periods of rest at reasonable prices. The tourist tax is 3 Dt per person per day for a maximum of 7 days. Conveniently located near the beach and the marina of Port el Kantaoui. We go there regularly and recommend it.

A clean hotel with top-notch staff, very welcoming and polite. Mr. Fouad, Mohamed, Maher, and Khmais from the reception and all the restaurant staff. The food is varied and offers good value for money. The rooms are also clean. I am very satisfied with my stay, thank you to the whole team.
