Fully furnished studio apartments are available on a short and long term basis in the heart of downtown Toronto. The kitchens are fully equipped and include pots, pans, cutlery, fridge, microwave, stove etc. The apartments have high speed internet connection and cable TV. They are spacious and suitable for a small family, tourists, budget travelers or people looking for accomodation on a short term basis.  The place is near Sherbourne and Gerard. Please note the following Refund Policy/Cancellation Policy1. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of CAD $100 will be charged and the balance refunded to the Credit Card. 2. If cancelled less than 15 days before date of arrival or in case of no-show, there is no Refund of the Security Deposit applicable. 3. There is no Refund applicable due to an early checkout for any reason. 4. Please note that a refundable deposit of $250.00 will be charged once the booking is made.
