The best: the attitude of the staff and the level of service is excellent. Unfortunately, everything else is bad: very old and poorly maintained loungers, poor pest control in general by the hotel: the loungers area is infested with ants and the rest of the hotel has an excess of mosquitoes. The specialty restaurants are generally poor in facilities and food options. Only one Mexican restaurant (FRIDA) has a good menu. In the room, the bathroom extractor did not work, so the overall smell of the room was not pleasant, plus the construction is poorly insulated and if you have the misfortune of having noisy guests next door, you will hear everything. Also, the rooms are very small. Very poor facilities for what you pay. We have stayed in cheaper hotels with better amenities. We definitely will not return, nor do we recommend it.
