The hotel is small, recently renovated, the rooms are quiet, clean, and comfortable. You literally have everything at hand. The check-in was very quick, just keep in mind that you need to leave a deposit of 2,000 MXN, which is refunded upon departure, so consider that in your budget. The food is good, it's not a gourmet experience, but it has good flavor and is abundant. The snack bar was the best, the best drinks are served at the lobby bar, and the beach is beautiful (we arrived two days after a storm passed and even then, the beach was spectacular). I recommend the snorkeling tour that the hotel offers; the equipment is included if you are a guest, as well as the bicycles to explore the island. All the staff were very friendly and always willing to help. In summary, we really enjoyed our stay; being from Quintana Roo, we expected different treatment compared to foreigners, but that was not the case, and that deserves applause. THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR ALL THE ATTENTIONS, we will definitely return soon. ❤️
