The smaller buildings scattered among the palms created a charming atmosphere, and guests enjoyed the swim-up pool and bar. The sports entertainment team, including Carlos, Luis, Maria, Abraham, Benjamin, Gabo, Miriam, Ixchel, Juan, Fernanda, Luana, and Mike, worked hard to keep guests entertained and provided great enjoyment. The staff's attentiveness and helpfulness were highly appreciated, and they went above and beyond to accommodate guests' needs. The resort's cleanliness and efforts to remove seaweed were noteworthy. However, some reviews mentioned issues such as tired rooms in need of upgrades and noise from the bar. Overall, guests had a fantastic and relaxing experience at the resort.
