Hotel Galleria Palms Orlando Free Theme Park Shuttles

The Galleria Palms Hotel in Kissimmee exceeded expectations, with perfect rooms, amazing free breakfast, and fantastic staff, especially Sebastian at the front desk. Guests highly recommend it for a trip to Disney World. Leo, another staff member, was commended for his clear explanations and offering fresh coffee. With shuttles to Walt Disney World, this hotel is an excellent value. Sebastian was welcoming and pleasant, although some rooms needed a refresh. Breakfast could be improved, but Sebastian provided exceptional customer service. The hotel is clean, includes breakfast, and transportation to the parks, with Erin at the reception offering excellent attention. It's conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. The staff is polite, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the breakfast is comprehensive, including a pancake machine. Ailim, who speaks Spanish, provided a warm welcome and answered all questions, and the hotel offers transportation to the parks. The location is good, with comfortable rooms, a good breakfast, and excellent service. The hotel is a great option for those visiting Disney, with good quality and value for money.
