The pillows were too flat in my opinion.This is a beautiful modern styled hotel my family and I enjoyed.

No in room coffee/tea maker.Not too far from CTA transport and inner loop. Someone charged an expensive bottle of wine to our room which we found out when we went to check out. The hotel reception staff were very helpful when we explained we had not had any wine and hadn't been to the bar on the night in question. After a bit of investigation they removed it from our bill.

It's an older hotel but they have done an excellent job modernizing things. Drinks are pricey but so worth it!.Staff was incredible- so helpful and informative. Rooms were quiet, with great linens and comfortable beds. Close walking distance to a wide range of bars and not that far for a cab or a walk to the river.
