    The staff of this hotel saved our holiday. Our son had left a small bag in a taxi/uber with ID, bank cards and other stuff. The people from the front desk have been been very helpful to trace the taxi/uber. We only had some very vague information on film from a small paper on the dashboard of the taxi. Thanks to some research and the phone call they made for us to the driver, we got our bag back the same night. I am sorry that I don't have any names from the people of the front desk who helped us. Apart from this, the hotel is very close to all the things we wanted to see, and we could walk to the river, magnificent mile and Millennium park and more. We liked the spacious and modern breakfast room. The front desk gave us directions and advice in a very friendly manner. As we are from Holland, it will take a while to come back to Chicago, but if we do then we come surely back to this La Quinta hotel. Thanks again !! .
