Wrong room, instead of a king-size bed we received a 2-bed queen-size room.
Missing glasses in the room, we only received new drinking glasses after we informed housekeeping.
Room 1497 was quite run down. Broken and stained carpet, poor damaged bed linens.
Housekeeping at 10:30 PM is an impossible time. We had just returned and the maid was still hanging up the towels.
One night with no hot water at all, and the next day, although water came from the tap, it remained cold.
The bill was also incorrect. Parking was charged too much on the bill. Always check the bill carefully!!
All in all, very disappointing for a place with a generally good reputation.

In my opinion, it does not deserve a full 5 star hotel rating. Too crowded at times and hard to get around without getting lost. Starting to look old.Fair quality/price overall. Room size and services were adequate.
