    Great location & rooms- checkin process needs work

    The rooms are extremely spacious & located 4-5 blocks from Broadway. Checkin process was stressful as they only have 2 parking spaces to park & then you access your room & get your lanyard for access to the private parking area to offload your car. People park & unload in the temp parking spaces making you circle the block as parking is limited- they need a temp code to access the private parking or a better process. Very limited staff availability & the 24/7 phone number never connected when I tried to call! Yes- I would stay again now that I know the process! But it should be a smoother check in to start your stay!
