Hotel Como The Treasury

Occupying the 19th-century historic State Buildings, COMO The Treasury is a contemporary luxury boutique hotel in Perth’s revitalised historic heart. Reimagined and designed by Kerry Hill, restoration has revealed a grand Victorian-era façade with interiors that embodies COMO’s signature modern imprint housing 48 elegantly appointed guest rooms and spacious suites with handcrafted furnishings, oversized windows and travertine stone tiles. The hotel precinct showcases a progressive collection of four destination restaurants and five bars guided by seasonal menus and private dining, a library and meeting rooms, retail spaces, and COMO Shambhala holistic wellness retreat with four treatment rooms, heated indoor pool, steam room and TechnoGym-equipped fitness centre.
Wildflower occupies an elegant, contemporary space on the hotel’s rooftop. Against a backdrop of both city and the Swan River, the restaurant serves a contemporary menu of dishes revolving around the indigenous six seasons.
Post is a modern Italian osteria serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. This menu offers a contemporary twist on Italian classics, with choices guided by seasonal ingredients and healthful COMO Shambhala Cuisine.
Our Cape Arid Rooms are the warm, inviting home of COMO The Treasury’s celebrated afternoon tea and paintings by Philippa and Alex Nikulinsky’s Cape Arid Collection, from which the rooms take their name.
