Located in the "La Mariscal" neighborhood, the gastronomic centre of Quito, with vibrant nightlife, cultural and touristic activity, the location of the hotel is one of our most cherished attributes, Wilson Street and Juan Leon Mera. Close to multiple transportation lines, yet highly quiet for your comfort.
Organic materials built with concrete, stone, metal, wood, carpanel architecture, segmental and semicircular type of arches, balconies worked in metal and iron ornaments, tile roofs, among others. For those interested in history, the owner of the house is Enrique Grosse-Luemern, the late founder of "Librimundi", one of the libraries with more branches in Ecuador and a tireless fighter for love and the beauty of words.
