In the event of a free cancellation, how will you refund the amounts paid?
In the event that there is no charge for cancelling your reservation, Destinia will refund the amount you paid to confirm your reservation by issuing a refund voucher that you can redeem for other products. In the event that you refuse the voucher, your refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days.
