Reviews of the Muthu Clube Praia Da Oura hotel

We have stayed before, but this time was poor. Room was good and clean. Serviced daily which was also good. But it stops there. No hot water, only warm and it made taking showers uncomfortable. It was reported but no action taken, it did however improve on the last two days. Entertainment, it's non existent in the hotel, you have to go to the sister hotel next door. Fair to say we never went so cannot comment Overall not the best holiday we have had here and very unlikely to return.

We had a nice large room. The hotel was quite massive, everything was big and busy, and the atmosphere was not refined. You could walk straight from the hotel to the beach, which was very pleasant.

Very good stay, hotel with beautiful well-maintained gardens. Good food but with little variety, but it's enough. Great location with a beautiful view of the beach.

We stayed for 6 days in July on an all-inclusive basis. The quality-price ratio is very good, and the location next to the beach is perfect. The entertainment was excellent, highlighting the kindness of BORIS. If we have to point out any drawbacks, it would be the issue of towels on the sunbeds before the pool opens; by the time the pool opens, all the sunbeds are taken, and that shouldn't be allowed (although we know they won't do anything about it). The towels in the room were not changed any day during the 6 days we were there. The all-inclusive package includes free parking... there are about 30 spaces, and if you're lucky, you can park; otherwise, good luck finding a spot. Besides the limited spaces, the employees also park in those same spots, leaving guests with fewer chances of finding parking. The pastry selection at breakfast was very limited.

EVERYTHING WAS VERY GOOD, THE ONLY BAD THING WAS THAT THE BATHROOM WAS SO SMALL AND AWKWARD, AND THERE WERE A LOT OF ANTS.

According to the value for money, it's a good hotel, very large. We went in February 2024; I imagine that when the weather improves and more beach bars open, it will get much better. I understand that it is at a minimum now, and you have to walk a lot outside, and the access to the dining room has stairs, which is inconvenient for strollers and elderly people, for example. The food is the usual in all hotels in Portugal.

Degraded facilities, 3 people, only one bed, all-inclusive not even a yogurt or a sandwich for a child in the middle of the morning or afternoon. Meals were good, restaurant staff impeccable, very polite and correct. We had 4 days with a broken toilet. All-inclusive... coffee only from self-service machines, always unavailable. At the reception, there was no shortage of arrogance and rudeness, embodied by a certain "Mr." Rui (here's his moment of fame) so coveted. Excellent location. Considering... NOT TO REPEAT.

The price-quality ratio and the location near the beach and close to the center of Oura are excellent. The rooms are being renovated, and we stayed in an excellent apartment, quite spacious and comfortable, with excellent air conditioning. The services, particularly the dining options, are sufficient, especially since it is a very large hotel with many guests at meals, which ends up being acceptable considering the price.

Overall, I liked it.

Had to wait 3 hours until our room was ready.
