Everything was very good, although the lunch and dinner buffet was weak. There should be some hamburgers and grilled steaks that always solve the issue, especially if you're going with kids. Otherwise, good service and the gardens were well-maintained and beautiful.

Great, I happily found the Muthu hotel where we stayed for 2 days all-inclusive. I would do it again without hesitation! The staff is very friendly and attentive; even though we only speak French, we managed to communicate. The Jack restaurant is great! Whether it's breakfast or lunch and dinner, there is really something to satisfy everyone. Thank you to all the staff.

We arrived at the hotel, and we were pleasantly surprised by everything... from the reception service to the treatment received from the staff... the room was great and super clean. The food was very, very good, both at the buffet and in the restaurants... a hug and thank you. We will return.

This place is a cash cow without soul, not a hotel with good service or spirit. Absolutely not 4 stars worthy. - No towels upon arrival, no towels two days later when promised (changing daily cost money - Room had a bad moldy odeur, bathroom had a sewer smell. - Our bathroom door was broken and could not close. - Reception is very hard to reach, takes 15 minutes easily. - Room is outdated and furniture has stains. - You need to pay rent to use a swimming pool towel (can you believe it?). - We got single beds without that being mentioned upon booking (make sure to check). - Showerhead in bathtub is for people below 1.70. - Waterpressure is really bad in the shower. - Upon check out, cleaners are very pushy to get you out before check out time (They all cannot speak english as well). - Privacy on the terrace is zero with too low walls that separate the rooms. PAY ATTENTION: When you book, don't use their transport, use Uber. Reception sold a ride to us through their own transport for 5 Euro. When we arrived the driver wanted 10 Euro, making a verbal fight on the street. Be careful, don't use it! About the surrounding, if you love to eat hamburgers, pizza and pork ribs every day, this is your area. Every restaurant has the same menu in another lay out. Luckily we found some Indian restaurants in the area, we recommend those! The beach is beautiful and the beds were sutprisingly comfy.

The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. I congratulate the security team who had to intervene twice in a situation of nighttime noise and violent acts by English players who do not know how to behave and, when drunk, come with the intention of destroying things. However, the buffet could be more varied.

The truth is that I will not return, nor do I recommend it to anyone, starting with the cleanliness; they clean the room one day yes and one day no. The cleanliness of the ocean bar is horrible; they don't have a dishwasher for the glasses and wash them by hand without soap, just rinsing them with water and that's it. The apartment 105, which is the one I got, has terrible humidity; we wake up in the morning with all our clothes damp, a smell of pipes in the apartment, when you shower the water comes out lukewarm, not even hot, etc., etc., etc. I WILL NOT RETURN.

I have stayed at the hotel twice previously and absolutely loved it. Unfortunately my latest visit was a very different experience. The hotel states no hen/stag parties or large groups but this was the majority at the hotel. I know we are staying near the strip but this hotel was never like that previously. It was more of family/couple hotel but not anymore. We found people asleep at the reception doors, pools were overtaken by these groups, rooms were not the peaceful tranquility you wanted from a relaxing holiday. Sadly though this is reflected in the customer service at the hotel now. When we arrived we had no towels in our room we had to call reception 3 times to get some towels. We also had no air conditioning for 2 nights we reported this so many times and nothing was done that eventually we had to ask to be moved at 1am as it was so hot. We heard so many people complaining at reception about the same issues. I know this hotel has been better in the past so it was upsetting to see it had gone like this. If your young and want a good base for the strip it’s great but if your after a peaceful break or a family don’t bother staying here :-(
