    The hotel is perfectly located right on the beach promenade, with a very nice view directly of the beach and the sea. My room was clean and fine. The bathroom was newly renovated. I had requested a room on an upper floor when booking and received one on the 1st floor instead. Unfortunately, there was an unpleasant smell from the dining room and during the day, there were repetitive unpleasant mechanical noises that occurred for 10-20 seconds. The dining room was very loud and uncomfortable. There was a wide selection of food, but the taste was rather mediocre. The indoor pool is small, and the water there is quite cool. The bike rental service in the hotel is very good. The parking situation outside the hotel is very poor.

    As we hired a car we had great difficulty locating the hotel. A LARGE sign on the back of the hotel seen from the main road would have been a great help, and saved us a lot of time.

    plenty of lovely walks.as above revolving door far to fast.very clean and friendley cleaning staff very nice terrace also bar staff very friendly reception not very amiable.

    Hotel was great - did and offered everything I needed it to. Lovely room overlooking the sea and Playa of Palma with a view towards El Arenal. Spacious balcony with sunshine from sunrise to about 4 in the afternoon and quite sheltered when it was windy. Took about an hour to walk to the harbour in El Arenal - lovely walk round the bay but I wouldn't want to stay in El Arenal - no character whatsoever. In the opposite direction, you can walk all the round the coast to Palma - about eight kilometres - if you're energetic enough. Alternatively, hire a bike and stop off at one of the swish sea front beach bars en route. Escapism at its best. Would use the hotel again for a short break. C'an Pastilla is a pleasant enough resort and only five minutes by taxi from the airport. In the past, I've stayed in Puerto Pollensa and Cala Millor on a number of occasions but needed to be at my destination more quickly this time to make the most of the short time away. A restful and very enjoyable break.
