Everything has been great in this hotel, very fast check-in, very friendly staff, delicious and varied food (the Veneto restaurant is excellent), facilities in good condition, entertainment okay, perfect and quiet location (with the luck of having seen mother turtles laying their eggs at night, as well as baby turtles hatching). The check-out was very easy and with the option for late departure. If I had to mention a downside... the staff seems to pay more attention to American guests than to others, they are like flies on candy when it comes to tips; however, we would repeat without hesitation.
