The attention from many employees leaves much to be desired. We tried to make dinner reservations at the restaurants and it was quite a show. There are drinks that they charge separately but that you can't charge to the room; payment is only in cash, which makes one think it's an issue with the staff.
We wanted to store our luggage, and the staff is not in place when you ask if someone else can assist you. The response is, "You have to wait; I can’t even attend to you."
And there are many such details regarding service!

Restaurants were full, the sushi one closed before 6 on Saturday the 29th and was rude, I had to insist for them to lend me the pool balls since the person in charge didn't come to work. They didn't clean my room. Details that I didn't like. For the price, Gran Oasis is better. They were renovating the pool bridges.

Lindo hotel con buena atención y limpieza, entretención y variedad de comida el único detalle es que nos tocó una habitación con el baño con puerta de vidrio y sin seguro y fue bastante incómodo ya que fue un viaje familiar, pedimos cambio de habitación y nos indicaron que todas las habitaciones tenían ese tipo de baño

La atención en general bastante mala, los empleados parecen estar cansados y molestos rara vez te atienden con gusto o calidez, Falta mucho personal area de snack fila de 20-30 personas y solo 2 empleados, Restaurant de Sushi pesima atención 1 mesero para todas las mesas 1 sushero para todo el restaurante tardan 45 minutos en servirte el plato las ordenes de platillos llegan incompletas es rogar para recibir buena atención y al final nos inventaron que se les acabo el alga, los bares y restaurantes no cumplen con el horario estipulado .La zona de albercas excelente; animadores muy buenos, tienen el agua caliente en albercas, relación calidad-precio fue buena tenia un descuento del 70% en mi caso, a precio normal definitivamente hay mejores opciones, Buffet de desayuno muy bueno.

We had breakfast early in the morning. We normally eat every three hours. We needed to wait until 11:00 a.m. in order to eat again a snack. Wifi was not free in this hotel. .The attention of your staff was awesome.
