Reviews of the Monica Isabel Beach Club hotel

Horrible room, dirty bathroom, poor quality food and drinks, very unpleasant waiters, no entertainment, I will never return and I do not recommend it to anyone.

Dirty rooms, bad food, little variety, and fried items are refried from one meal to another. Very slow staff, unattended work (although not all). For a coffee or any drink, the minimum wait is 20 minutes. Disastrous. I wouldn't return even if it were free.

In the requests, we asked for something close to administration since my wife has a disability with pulmonary thrombosis, severe chronic asthma, peripheral dizziness, and knee problems (all diagnosed by specialists and with the relevant reports), and they did not resolve the issue. They gave us room 324 A, which requires going up and down slopes, going down several stairs, and is located at the very end of the row of rooms. We also mentioned this there, and they did not pay any attention, saying there was nothing else available, despite assigning the room upon arrival. I think they should be more humanitarian in that aspect and have solutions for cases like this. After us, since we were a group of about thirty people, several others arrived and were given better locations than us without having any physical issues.

We have been very well. The tranquility, cleanliness; we were accommodated in rooms outside the hotel, next door, like small cottages; the bed was very comfortable, not so much the bad smell coming from the bathroom pipes. The food was very good although the all-inclusive option is not worth it at all since the drinks were minimal and of very poor quality, nothing compared to other all-inclusives we have stayed at.

Good organization, good stay, clean hotel very close to the beach. It was possible to rest a little.

It hasn't been as bad as several comments said; the staff was good, with nice animations, and the food was quite good as well and diverse. For me, it has passed with a notable score. Recommended, and we will repeat.

The location is the strong point. Other than that, the room's mattress was bad, and since we stayed on the ground floor, all kinds of bugs came in at night, including crickets, spiders, lizards, etc. The bathroom's shower had to be monitored; otherwise, we would flood the room. Other than that, the room was large with a good terrace. The meals were satisfactory but very repetitive, with little choice for children's food. The snacks were very good. The friendliness of the helpful staff was appreciated. I would return for the location at a reasonable price.

Hotel in need of some good hands for improvements, the installation is very worn out. The quality-price ratio was reasonable.

We had booked two nights and on the last night we had to leave in the early morning because there were bedbugs in the beds. The receptionist didn't seem to care and the hotel manager still hasn't given us a response. Regrettable situation. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
