Clean, good beds, beautiful views, and good fuet.

I was all-inclusive in 2018 and you could prepare hamburgers and sandwiches like a buffet, and you could choose any cocktails you liked and order them. I'm going back now in 2024 and you can't choose cocktails; they only serve one that they select each day, and it's mediocre. The hamburgers have disappeared, and they only give you sandwiches with a slice, meaning it's all bread, and reheated pizzas. Overall, the quality of the all-inclusive has dropped significantly. The buffet for meals isn't bad.

They would get a top rating if they didn't keep forgetting to renew the facilities... The location is unbeatable!

The hotel is very good in terms of price, the views are very nice, but I do not recommend it for Spanish families as most of the staff speak English and you can hardly communicate with them at the pool bar, and they treat you a bit poorly. As for the entertainment, it is very weak, there are hardly any activities, and you have to walk a lot from your room to the hotel, pool, and buffet, where the food is good although there is not much variety.

Broken blinds, old bathroom, dirty sheets, bad smell, you have to walk quite a bit to get to the restaurant, the food leaves much to be desired. I have been to many hotels in the Portuguese Algarve and I will NEVER return to this one.

Old hotel but comfortable, clean, and with comfortable beds. The buffet was good; what caught my attention was that there was roast suckling pig, but it was served cold. The pools were nice, although the outdoor one doesn't have enough capacity or loungers during peak season. The service was excellent, from Rosario at reception to Guillermo, the guy who takes you to your room in the buggy, and the waiters in the dining room and outdoor bars. Good value for money. We recommend it.

If you're looking to holiday amongst loud beer swilling and smoking Brits then this is is the place for you. I would never stay here again or recommend it. The restaurant only offers an old style buffet and is very noisy. The room was overrun with cockroaches. No kettle, nothing. Hated it.

A hotel very well located right by the beach, the buffet is varied and fresh, the food is excellent without a doubt. The hotel has been updated and it looks fantastic, with great service. A 10 out of 10.

Horrible experience in winter! We had 6 nights but only stayed 2 nights. The windows in the apartment let in the cold, and the apartment only has air conditioning in the bedroom, which was on for 24 hours and we never managed to feel comfortable. The water for showers comes from a cylinder; there were 3 of us and only one could shower at a time and very quickly because we always ended up with cold water. My 5-year-old daughter spent 2 days sleeping on a mattress on the floor because the living room sofa is not a sofa bed. The rooms are very outdated! The images do not match reality! The indoor pool has broken windows letting in the cold and has 10 chairs that are always occupied.

For the price paid, the quality is good. There are facilities that need renovation. Overall, everything is fine.
