Our second visit, on an all-inclusive basis, was as satisfactory as the first. Excellent location, extraordinary cleanliness, good and varied selection in restaurants, and friendly and helpful staff. The young lady from the Reception team deserves special mention for her kindness and professionalism in handling an incident we had to resolve with our room. The only reason I did not give the highest rating for Staff/Service was the male reception staff on the day of our departure: brusque and rude. There are more appropriate ways to inform guests about check-out times without making them feel like they are being kicked out of the establishment... (especially to guests who have returned for the fond memories they have of the place).

Studio had a dividing door. Could hear every noise and talking as if in the same room as us. Needless to say did not get much sleep. Bar manager very nasty. Did not use a measure when buying shots. Drinks did not have much alcohol in them. We were paying for them. Not all inclusive. Rest of bar staff used a measure. Would not stay there ever again.

I have known the hotel for a long time and have stayed there several times. The location is fantastic, the manager is very involved and solves everything for you. The reception staff and the main restaurant staff (the employees at the entrance) are very friendly and professional. Regular cleanliness and good. The food is very good. The worst is the staff at the main bar and the pool; they don’t pay attention to your requests, they are laughing among themselves (there are queues and some hide inside), they don’t know how to treat and work with the public, and this problem has been ongoing since last year; previously, the staff was professional.

Our stay went as planned and lasted for 8 days. The facilities, both the hotel and the apartments, are located 50m from the beach. The apartments, and I refer to the one I stayed in, although a few years old and not very modern, perfectly meet the requirements for a short stay. It is worth noting the lack of Wi-Fi in the apartments. It is only available in the common areas, which is incomprehensible these days. The beds are moderately comfortable, but the sofa bed left for my 4-year-old daughter was not comfortable. Although I stayed on an all-inclusive basis, the kitchen was minimally equipped. As for the meals, the food is well prepared and there is variety. The dining room is at the top of the building and has a wonderful view. The staff is friendly and helpful. The pool is small and has average bar service. At the reception, the staff was also very friendly and helpful. There is parking available in the vicinity, depending on luck and patience. The quality/price ratio is excellent. I highly recommend it.

The mattresses of the beds are good, as well as the view and tranquility. The food at the hotel restaurant is good and varied. Snacks from the bar are good and drinks at the bar are good. The apartment is well located and clean. Good entertainment throughout the day.Negative aspect: the floor is extremely slippery near the main pool, especially in the children's area. I saw several falls of adults and children there. They should urgently replace it.

It was a mini vacation, but everything went well. The hotel has everything we need when traveling with children: pools, beaches right at our feet. I went with an all-inclusive package and I really liked the atmosphere, the food, everything was impeccable.

Fantastic could not ask for more. However more staff required at the evening bar to reduce waiting times (20 minutes)

Hotel 50 meters from the beach, and they gave us a room practically in the basement, the cars parked outside were above our terrace, you can imagine the views from the terrace, the only thing we saw was a small embankment with a sprinkler that, by the way, they turned on and soaked the entire terrace and above were the parked cars... you sat outside for a while, and either the sprinkler soaked you, or if you looked at the views, you saw the undersides of the parked cars... a disaster. I don't know if it's a coincidence, I hope not, but lately traveling with Destina, I've been given the worst rooms, I haven't had this issue with other travel agencies, I hope it was just a coincidence... I complained at reception and the only thing they told me was that that block was 4 stars, I told them that the 1st floor of that block was missing 3 stars...

We were very satisfied with this hotel during our winter getaway to Albufeira. Monica Isabel Beach Club has a magnificent location, in the quieter area of Albufeira, right on the beach, and is easily accessible from Faro airport. The staff could not have been more pleasant and efficient both at check-in and check-out. The room was huge with a large terrace offering wonderful front sea views, and it was very clean with excellent quality bedding and mattresses. With an all-inclusive plan, we found the restaurant hours to be very generous and the buffet at breakfast, lunch, and dinner was very varied and of great quality. Without a doubt, it’s a place we would like to return to and highly recommend to those looking for good value for money.
