How can I request a special service?
If the reservation is made through our website, use the (remarks) special requests field to indicate the service you are requesting and verify by sending an email to [email protected] or calling +1 347 640 5358 that said service has been confirmed by the airline. If the reservation is made by phone, inform your manager of the service you need to request. The confirmation of such service will depend solely on the airline.
