I have a refund voucher. How can I redeem it?
To apply your refund voucher to your next reservation, visit the My Account page. Look for your voucher and click on Copy and Use. This will take you to our search engine.
Once you've found the service you're most interested in, you can redeem the refund voucher before entering your payment information. If there's nothing left to pay once you've entered your refund voucher, we'll let you know. All you'll have to do then is confirm the reservation.
